Partnership for the journey

Grief coaching is the active process of moving forward.

Loss can come at us from many directions and causes. Not only is there loss from the death of a loved one, but there are other kinds of losses as well. Grief can be felt with equal intensity from non-death loss, which can include: loss from divorce or separation, loss of a job or a career change, moving to a different home or city, health challenges or an unfavorable diagnosis, children moving away from home, loss of a pet… the list goes on.

If you feel stuck in your grief and are ready to move on but you don’t know how, coaching may be for you. Coaching involves taking active steps (as small or large as you want them to be) to move forward with your
life after the loss of a loved one.

Coaching sessions are structured to help you reach your goals in a way that is specific to you and your unique needs.

If your grief is still fresh and raw, companioning might be a better option for you. Companioning is about having someone to authentically listen to you as you tell your story and express your grief. There is no judgement or advice, just a sacred space where someone is fully present with you on your grief journey.

Feel free to contact me if you have any questions or if you are wondering how coaching/companioning could be beneficial for you.
